CHALLENGES

We know that anything can happen in the course of planning an experience. Here’s how we problem-solved during this project:

  • We selected Austin Party Cruises, allowing approved decals.

  • We provided a detailed run-of-show with pre-assigned zones and timed setup.

  • We created vendor-specific checklists and timeline blocks.

  • We instituted a RSVP cutoff, attendee grouping, and session assignment was confirmed by June 9.

  • We created an over-invite buffer and flexible activity assignments.

Align on the Water exemplifies CFAL’s capacity to deliver premium, multi-phase brand activations that merge hospitality, wellness, and content creation. Through disciplined planning, stakeholder engagement, and creative execution, CFAL delivered a seamless, memorable event that reinforced Lululemon’s brand values while showcasing Austin’s wellness community.
