CHALLENGES
We know that anything can happen in the course of planning an experience. Here’s how we problem-solved during this project:

We selected Austin Party Cruises, allowing approved decals.

We provided a detailed run-of-show with pre-assigned zones and timed setup.

We created vendor-specific checklists and timeline blocks.

We instituted a RSVP cutoff, attendee grouping, and session assignment was confirmed by June 9.

We created an over-invite buffer and flexible activity assignments.
