Pain points?

Short lead time for discovery, securing drone operator insurance within a tight timeframe, boat deck floor not ideal for certain types of fabrication.

Worst-case scenario?

We don't get the footage necessary to properly promote the event and brand experience

Solutions tried before the final?

Our initial plan was to host a two-day celebration but ultimately pared it down to a one-day VIP offering.

Any qualitative results / intrinsic benefits of note?

We had the ability to partner with minority small business owners including DJs, baristas, mixologists, and fabricators to bring them into a brand collaboration that shines a light on their operation. Moreover, provide invited guests with gifted top to bottom outfits, collaborative tote bags, shoes, and introduce them to the aforementioned local partners to help connect communities via thoughtful experiential design.
