Memberships

  • Please contact info@coolforaliving.com to discuss your options.

  • Your membership starts when the welcome email is sent to you. Unfortunately, it's not possible to pick a start date.

  • Your membership renews automatically on an annual rolling basis, subject to Atelier terms and conditions. If you need to update your membership payment method, please email info@coolforaliving.com with the subject line “Atelier Tier Change”.

  • If you have friends or family who would like to apply for membership, they can add your name and email address to the application form. We'll be in touch to confirm we have received their application.

  • Yes, please contact info@coolforaliving.com and the team will be able to help you.

  • You can update your membership payment in your account.

Events

  • Not quite yet, We run our RSVPs through our friends at Partiful, and for guests who RSVP "Going", the platform will text reminders the day before the event and 2 hours before the event. If you RSVP "Maybe," they'll remind you to finalize yur RSVP leading up to the event — 2 weeks before, 1 week before, and 1 day before the event.

  • You may bring one guest with you to an event. The number of guests you can bring to events can vary, so check the individual listing page for details. Please also note that you need to book a place for everyone attending any event, including yourself.

  • You can cancel an event from the corresponding Partiful event page. Events must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the start time. If you are attempting to cancel after the cancellation window has expired, the cancel option will not be displayed within the event details and you will need to email us at info@coolforaliving.com with the subject line “Cancellation: (MEMBER NAME, EVENT NAME, EVENT DATE)”.

Community Guidelines

We aim to cultivate secure and inclusive environments for our events, providing our members with opportunities for self-expression. Our top priority is to foster positivity and openness. To achieve this, we've outlined our Community Guidelines, applicable both in-person and digitally, to establish the permissible and prohibited actions. These guidelines work in conjunction with our Terms of Use and your membership terms and conditions, outlining mutual obligations between you and us regarding your engagement in events and digital spaces, including adherence to our Community Guidelines. We are dedicated to upholding these guidelines and trust that you share this commitment. Violating these guidelines may lead to consequences such as the suspension or termination of your membership, disabling your account, or imposing other restrictions.

Our Community Guidelines cover various aspects, including:

  1. Inappropriate content: Prohibiting content featuring nudity, sexual acts, offering sexual services, sexual arousal, and/or sexual objectification.

  2. Intellectual property and data protection: Emphasizing the need for rights and consents, including third-party intellectual property rights, to create and share content at our events and digital spaces. Consent for individuals appearing in your content is crucial, ensuring they are at least 18 years old.

  3. Cool For A Living: Encouraging responsible content creation, connections, and conversations that do not harm, defame, or damage the Cool For A Living brand.

  4. Illegal content or behavior: Strictly prohibiting the support, praise, or promotion of political or religious agendas, terrorism, organized crime, hate groups, and the sale or offer of firearms, drugs, or offensive weapons.

  5. Hate speech, bullying, and abuse: Prohibiting threats of violence, hateful, defamatory, or derogatory language, as well as targeting private individuals based on various characteristics.
